1. RETURN POLICY
If for any reason, you are displeased with your order and wish to make a return, below is our policy that covers just that.
• We operate a 7 working day return policy.
• Items must be returned intact with labels and tags within 7 working days to qualify for an exchange.
• Exchange takes 5-7 working days
• Custom made dresses will not be exchanged. Adjustment only can be made.
• Delivery and retrieval charges are non refundable.
2. REFUND
We do not issue refunds.
3. DELIVERY
Local shipping is estimated for 3-5 working days after production.
International orders are shipped via Dhl estimated delivery at 3-10 working days after production.
